Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, very close to major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was calm and luxurious.

Nothing at all. Everything met and exceeded my expectations.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is extremely clean, organized, and very safe. It is also located in an incredible location which makes getting around the city very easy.

The staff at the Reception, especially Neamat, Mohamed & Shayan, were fantastic. Always responsive to whatever the need or query was. Highly recommended. In fact, this is my 4th continuous stay here in the last year

Nothing that I can remember!

We had a very pleasant stay at the heritage hotel for our first visit to Dubai thanks to the friendly staff who assisted us at check-in and check-out and during our 10 day stay. Houda and Nilo were very friendly and helpful; they made us feel welcomed and were both ready to help us; they made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location was top! at a the heart of downtown, lively and a few minutes walk to Dubai mall, fountain and Burj khalifa which can be seen from the hotel. Our room was very lovely, spacious and the view was amazing which I think made the difference in our stay.We will definitely come back to this hotel for our next stay especially because we felt welcomed and valued customers thanks to Houda and Nilo and the rest of the staff at the reception, the valets and cleaning staff who were very attentive to details that made all the difference ✨

Its not clean n i stayed only 45 mins , i cotact with booking regarding this n they refuse to ruturn back my money , itis bad

Location is ideal, just a few minutes of the Mall of Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.Rooms are spacious. Reception exemplary. They are helpful and perfect service.

Breakfast rather poor for the price, and not part of the nice hotel, but in an annexes restaurant, where the service quality needs definitly to be improved. For the price better having breakfast in the Mall of Dubai at better quality for same price. The buffet for the price non justified. Sorry for the qualification.The cleaners of the room are improving. Sometimes forgetting to clean some parts of the bathroom, but already better than last journey.

The most important aspect in evaluating any hotel is the first impression, which comes from the reception staff. In this case, she was truly wonderful, friendly, and cheerful. Her name was Neamah, and I would like to thank her for that.

The staff are so friendly and the location was right at the front of Burj Khalifa. We were there for the NYE fireworks and it was worth every penny!

Was expecting bigger pool but I guess people stay there to travel not for staycation so its understandable

The place is in a good location, has good rooms and meets all travelers needs

The assistants at the hotel entrance weren't so helpful; prepare yourself for cars congestion and they won't assist you in getting off the vehicle (e.g. open the vehicle doors) nevertheless they won't carry your luggage until you ask them!

it is not somthing i dislike but it is an area fir improvment no direct call through your room's phone to whome it may concerned , i mean if you want to call reception or room service or others you must call operator to direct you

The Welcome at the Reception was very warm and professional.

The landline phone in the room was broken. Had to complain and they changed it.The water tap not clean, with black mold !!!! Unacceptable for the reputation of the hotelThe doormen quiet lazy, not opening the doors to clients.

This property is scamming ppl all the pictures are not real. This is NOT an accurate place do not stay here. Very disappointing I’m starting to think that these places are showing old pictures from when they first opened up and when you get there it’s nothing like what they are posting.

Everything the walls were dirty AF, bathroom, rugs it’s was a nightmare. Marriott will be getting a letter from me because of it this places needs to be demolished. I wish I’d took pictures so ppl can see what they are providing people to stay in
